John Rigney
Maryland Gun Safety Expert.

  • Maryland’s carry requirements and process.
  • Gun Safety.
  • Process/pitfalls in getting a Carry Permit now with changed requirements.
  • Legal requirements.
  • Shooting ranges in the area, logistics to use them, cost, etc.

 

Noel Smith
Candidate for County Council.

  • He will demonstrate Self Defense (bring your teenagers too)
  • He will give information and answer questions about self defense.
 
Noel is a decorated combat veteran. He opened his martial arts school in 2009, where he has continued to teach and manage to this day. He has spent over 20 years as a nurse and has dedicated his life to helping others. Public safety is extremely important to Noel. The past 3 years Noel has seen a steady increase in taxes, violent crime, thefts, and drug use. With no end in sight, he decided to run for county council to make a positive change to his community. He is instrumental in community organizing to prevent the destruction of central Glen Burnie by County Council democrat incumbent Allison Pickard. He will not just represent his District, but ALL of Anne Arundel County as part of a NEW COUNCIL MAJORITY, but you must support him.
